Hi all!
I have 2 rooms out for rent at 709 glenferrie road( Please check out at google map to see how close it is to hawthorn campus).
Key points for the place!
- 2 mins walk to coles supermarket
-4 mins walk to Safeway supermarket(glenferrie Train station)
-3mins walk to Subway
-7mins walk to Laguna
-approximate 7 mins walk to swinburne hawthorn campus
-tram lines tram 16 is just at doorstep to melbourne University (City)
tram 70 and 75 is approximate 10 mins walk away
Basically what i am trying to say is You live close to all your necessities, shops and University (too good to be true!!)
The rooms will be furnished with a single bed, table, chair and a makeshift wadrobe.
washing machine and dryer is also available
Its a double storey house in all,
Size is around 4 swinburne uni classrooms (2 levels)
3 rooms at the top
1 kitchen and living room at the bottom
This place is massive!
