【详情】Unilodge公寓位于意大利街， 墨大旁边。出门就是1路和6路电车站，电车7分钟直达Melbourne central station 坐火车去上班上学超方便， 不用担心起大早去上课。楼下就是超市foodwork营业到10pm, 临时需要买东西特别方便。走路7分钟就是著名的意大利风情街，街上有Universal restaurant, ANZ, Westpac, Woolworth, Pharmacy, Melbourne Museum IMAX。
电车2站地，步行8分钟到University of Melbourne, 学校附近有很多电车站、餐厅、亚超、post office。
喜爱city生活品质，又避开市中心的traffic 和噪音， 不管对上班上学还是买东西做代购的童鞋都是太方便了。公寓24小时门禁，随时有问题可以打电话给前台security，不用担心邻居开party吵到休息，staff都很友好可以帮忙收快递， 每周都有免费的水果在一楼可以拿。每学期都有迎新活动，社区活动丰富可以交很多国际朋友， 有免费的聚餐， city tour, BBQ, dance session, 半价水族馆和马车，淘金镇的门票 etc.

One room one-bathroom, Excellent location and building facilities! BBQ, swimming pool, gym and the apartment is in front of the tram station (10 minutes to city), lots of Italian restaurants, green areas around and Woolworths for groceries.
The apartment features a kitchen with gas (WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. )
The living area is complete with a dining table, benches, sofa and a medium size screen TV.
Car park is available upon request. We find the apartment very cosy with a comfortable lounge and living area. It includes aircon.
The bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The bedroom has a very spacious built-in robe. It includes heater.
There is a central bathroom with shower and toilet. Coin-operated Laundry facilities.
There are public spaces outside the building, including an outdoor courtyard, barbecue grill, meeting facilities, and four or five separate study rooms that can be reserved for group discussion or self-study sessions.
Basketball courts and activity areas outside. You can borrow basketball and table tennis bats from the reception desk. Perfect spot for entertainment during our busy life with family and friends.
The tram stops no. 1 and no. 6 right in front of the gate, and the tram takes you to the Melbourne central station in 5 minutes.
It is very convenient for students, young working professionals and small families.
Downstairs is the FoodWork supermarket, which is open until 10pm. It is very convenient to buy things in need.
5-minute walk away is the famous Italian street with Universal restaurant, ANZ, Westpac, Woolworth, Pharmacy, Melbourne Museum IMAX.
8-minutes-walk to the University of Melbourne. There are many tram stations, restaurants, Asian Grocery Store and post office near the University.
In Carlton, the best social spots are right at the doorstep, you will find coffee and food everywhere.
