Hi guys, I am looking for someone to take over my lease from 15th September. This is a fully furnished single room with ensuite. Heating in the room, cooling by way of fan. You can cook in the shared kitchen and meet some new friends from all parts of the world. There are laundry facilities and bicycle storage area.
10 min walk from Melbourne Uni, RMIT and CBD. 5 mins from The Queen Victoria Market. For those who need to travel you are 2 mins from the tram stop.
