月租 $750 加Utility 房子为三室一厅一卫一厨，带免费车库以及免费洗衣机。房间不带家具，但是如果有需要可以把我的床出售。公共区域的桌椅，餐具，洗碗机，厨具，电饭煲，烤箱，微波炉以及清洁用品都可以使用。
