Well met!

I am looking for 2 room mates (age preferences less than 25) to share my house with!

My name is Jerry (19) and I am a full time university student and part timer at Optus. I am out during most days either at work or university, only at home in the afternoons.

I do have a 8 years old doge Pillow! So you dislikes dogs, I will (probably) dislike you too. I don't mind if you would like to bring your own dog (though the backyard is a bit small) but obviously please do clean and look after it.

Both rooms are fully furnished, with the smaller room ($150 per week) having a standard twin single bed, built in wardrobe, desk and 2 drawers for storage. The bigger room ($170 per week) has a queen bed, larger built in wardrobe and desk as well as a single drawer for storage. The bathroom unfortunately has to be shared amongst the 2 people.

The house is located really close to Mitcham train station (5~10mins walk). From there you can take the train straight to the city via the Belgrave and Lilydale line. Or take a variety of buses to Knox city, Glen Waverley, Boxhill and directly to the City.
