My parents have two bedrooms available for rent. They are in their 50 th and normally stay at my home to help looking after my children. They live in the house of a master room.

The big bedroom is available from 9 th April. 150 dollars including gas, water, electricity and unlimited wifi and standard Australian calls from the landline. Also it is unlimited to call china, taiwan, Germany,Singapore, France hongkong, malaysia, canada, usa, uk. countries It also can cater for 2 people for 220 dollars per Week. The small bedroom is available from 15 th of march. 135 include all the bills.

The house is very clean and quiet. 1 minute walk to tram 86. 3 minutes tram to la trobe university. 12 minutes to rmit bundoora campus, 3 minutes tram to preston market where u csn buy beautiful food and restaurant. 1 minute walk to team stop 54, bus 566,562,567 to northland, northern hospital etc. 5 minutes walking to reservoir summer hill medical centre, bread shop, iga super maket, hair salon etc. The house owner will in charge of cleaning the toilets and wash room and mopping the dinning area and clean the kitchen regularly. Some do not need to do any cleaning.

A big lounge, formal dining room and adjoining updated kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry and 2 toilets, plus ducted heating and polished hardwood floors and big rear deck to admire the views.
