We are looking for an individual to join us in our 3 bedroom apartment. Currently there is a couple (who share the master bedroom) and a guy from New Zealand. We are all in our mid to late 20's and are friendly, reliable people. We are looking for a similar person to join us on the 9th floor of the apartment.
The room is a good sized room and has a built in robe with floor length mirrors. Bathroom will be with shared with the NZ guy. Balcony has amazing city views, and apartment building has pool, gym and tennis court. Walking distance to Flinders St Station, the city, the MCG, and everything else! 3 Min walk from St. Kilda Road (Tram Stop 19); 3 Min Walk from Kings Way (Tram 55).
We are looking for a housemate who does not have a lot of possessions to bring with them as everything you could possibly need in terms of crockery, utensils, entertainment is provided.
Internet is ADSL2+ (100Gb peak & 100Gb off-peak) and is split three ways ($25 a month each room).
Gas, Water & Electricity are split equally. Does not come with a car park sorry.
Rent is $880 pcm
