this room is arround 180 Sqfeet.located in the city centre.only rent for RMB 3000. very convience traffic line ,going to huaihai road, xintiandi, chenghuangmiao only takes a few mins by taxi. 24hours securer downstair,very good public security and safe.this apartment has around 900 Sqfeet.there are 2 bedrooms in the apartment.we 2 girls live in the smaller one.now the bigger one for rent.we share the living room, kicthen, washing room and balcony ect.the decoration here is simple but clean.fully furnished, washing machine,TV, frig ,air condition and internet as well.we are on the toppest of the building (7 floor). so we have a very large terrace upstair. can BBQ.can plant.ect.but we dont have elevator so you need to do exercise
