现在住着一个香港女孩（MONASH CAUFILED 校区） 一个蒙古女孩（MONASH CL校区） 一个日本女孩（HOMESKLAN TAFE）和一对斯里兰卡的夫妇（RAYAL HOSPITAL） 每一个ROOMMATE都特别NICE! （让我确实感受到家的温暖）语言环境很好 见面时吃饭时都会说英文~
房间带有大的BUILT-IN衣橱 家具齐全 洗只管带上你的行李过来吧~！
距离SYNDAL 火车站和BUS站 都只有两三分钟的路程 交通非常便利~ 特别适合MONASH大学的学生
三餐全包 早午餐得自助 七天的晚餐都由HOMEMAMA准备

FAMILY DETAILS:
Dianne and Colin are both very family orientated with warm and friendly personalities. They participate in their children\'s activities and are both on the committee of their son\'s football club. They are experienced homestay hosts having cared for many students in the past. Some of the activities they include for their students are movie & BBQ nights as well as shopping trips into the City. Dianne and Colin have both travelled throughout Europe and Asia and have developed a great understanding of different cultures, needs and requirements of International students. The home is situated close to public transport, shopping centres, parks and gardens. The family have created an environment that is welcoming and comfortable in their home and they look forward to sharing this with International students.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Large home with 8 bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and meals area. Each room has built in robes. Home is centrally heated. Cable TV with all channels is provided.
Wireless internet is available at $10 per week.
TRANSPORT (Zone 1).
It is a short walk to the bus stop, catch bus no. 703, which will take the student to Monash University Clayton Campus.

Pets: 1 cat
Smoking: Non smoking household. Students who smoke must agree to do so outside.

Service: Provided are three meals per day, breakfast and lunch (self-serve) and dinner is provided by the host seven days per week; fully furnished room;access to laundry facilities in the homestay. The homestay fee also covers charges for electricity and gas but not telephone calls.
