因回国，现有一双人房出租，三月起随时入住， 房子比照片要好，如果感兴趣就过来看看吧。房子的其他情况如下：
1．至少18平方米，房间很大。
2．位于LS6 1LS，Brudenell Road， headingly；房间正南，采光非常好。治安很好，屋前屋后有小院子。
3. 交通方便，出门63路车，直走拐弯就是56路车站，另有18路在附近，步行到 利大Business School大约10分钟； 周围有邮局，电影院和超市。
4． 一栋房子共三户，3 个大房间， 要出租的这间在一楼，其余2间在2楼，
另有：1间书房 （2楼）
1个至少16平方的大客厅（有线电视SKY TV，凤凰卫视， 微波炉）

One BIG FANTASTIC DOUBLE ROOM will be available in MARCH. It is located in HEADINGLEY, BRUDENELL ROAD, LS6 1LS.
The details of this room are as follows:
1．about 20 square meters
2． No 56 , 63, 18 bus stop are available. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Leeds Universtiy Business School. Post office and Hyde Park Cinema nearby.
3． There are altogether 3 rooms in this house. Fully furnished.
Other facilities: living room (more than 16 square meters, sky TV, Microwave), kitchen (waching machine, oven, fridge) and two toilets and one bathroom. All the other 4 people are Chinese. They are very nice and friendly. Parking is available.
5．Monthly rent is GBP 237.00 （GBP 53.5/week) for couple and GBP 200.00 (GBP45/week) for single, exclude bills. Bills are shared with all the other people in the house. House contract will end on 30th June, 2006. It can be extended with the agent for next academic year.
