本人和楼上这位房主打过交道。对此楼楼主的卑鄙 龌龊的行为是亲眼所见。选房东首先要选房子好，选房东nice，不敲诈你，勒索你。对于国内远程无法看房没法见此人的学者老师同学，这个房子最好别考虑了。

I do have a apartment that is very closer to Red Line subway station. There are 3 bedroom are available by the near end of the August, 2013. Currently, there are 3 Chinese MIT student (Ph.D) living there and will leave for China soon. It will take you only 10 minutes to MIT.
