ROOM FOR RENT NEAR LINCOLN CENTER(FEMALE ONLY)
Hi
We have a tiny bedroom to rent out in a two bedroom apartment which will be available from now. Please read the information below carefully before you make your decision.
PLEASE READ
1. This apartment is on the upper west side, Lincoln center, west 63rd street
3. The apartment is small and the room is tiny – I would say it can fit a bed, a desk, a small closet and a book shelf, but you won’t have much space left.
4. The common space and kitchen is converted to a bedroom already and occupied by a male grad student (that’s me) - the apartment is considered a starter/student like apartment.
5. The room/apt is simply furnished with a small desk, a chair and a bed and a bookshelf.
6. Utilities, only water and gas are included in the above price.
7. Internet is fixed already
8. Other expenses (electricity and internet, etc.) will be shared equally and are approximately 50 per person per month.
8. Monthly rent is around 950, which is negotiable. This price is pretty fair within the area.
The Building/Area
The location is great and the apartment is on 63rd street close to Amsterdam Av. A few minutes walk to the 66th street subway station. Few blocks to Columbus Circus. Nice Shopping area. Supermarkets nearby. Laundry and Gym in the building.
Who we are
I am a recent Columbia’s grad (male). My roommate (female) is a grad student at NYU. We are from China and we are very easygoing, clean, responsible and respectful.
Who YOU are
1. Student or young working professional.
2. Neat and clean, responsible and easygoing. Must be female and Asian preferred.
3. No party animal please
4. We are looking for a long lease (until 31st Aug 2008)
5. Require 3 months' rent and 1 month rent security deposit in advance
