大家好，
我是加拿大的台湾人，中文不太好。。
这几年在中国IT行业工作和教英文。现在要回到温哥华想找：
1）downtown 或者 downtown附近 或者 特方便到downtown
2）想和中国人住
3）20 - 35 岁，男女可，但是要mature，安静，用功，不乱花钱的人。两个人以上也可以，但是也是要是mature，安静，用功，不乱花钱的人。
4）开心人
5） 想找个４００－５００元／人的地方最好。

First of all you are very welcome to the most beautiful Vancouver.
There is a room upstair with everything (highspeed Internet, cable TV, local phone, laundry, furnitures, kitchen stuff and bedroom stuffs). It's hardwood floor. I have some pitures if you are intereted in it. The location is very convenient(Joyce & Kingsway). It's just one munite to reach everything(supermarket, restaurants and bus stop) by walk. You can take skytrain to downtown just 15 munites. It's 15 munites to community centre, library and central park by walk. The room mates are all adult and quiet. The landlord is going to be responsbility for cleaning the public area. So it's very clean and tidy. 604-7266627, you can reach me anytime by phone. We can provide picking-up by a van, if you need.

Come & stay in our home where you will be comfortable & safe. We have a 20 year old son and he is studding in a university (UBC).
Our house is in Vancouver. It is also a short 25 minute bus ride to Downtown ((# 8 and #22 goes downtown .2-6 minute walk to the bus stops), and 12 min to recreation complex, library. We are close famous Langara College and David Thompson Secondary School.( # 49 goes to UBC, Langara College and Moterdown)
We like to host long term students, short term is ok too (at least 6 month). Our home is comfortable, safe, quiet and very clean. We have 4 beautiful Student's room and each bedroom includes a comfortable single bed, desk, bookcase, closet and wireless high speed Internet. 4 Students share 2 full size bathrooms and a 27” TV.
We will provide students with breakfast, lunch, dinner and fruit. All 3 meals are healthy and very tasty.
Monthly fee is $730 CANADIAN.
If you are younger age 13-17 the homestay fee is $780-800 a monthly.
