Hi,
I am a up comming student to Art Center College of Deisgn located in South Pasadena. I am female, 22 years old.
I am looking for a safe area condo close to ArtCenter with 1 room/ 1 bathroom and prefer with A/C and heater.
I do not smoke nor drink. Good Credit, 1 year lease ok. $800 maximum.
i am able to move in after December 1st or later before Jan 1st is fine.
$ 800 includes all Utility paid (water, parking, electricity, gas)
The condo does not have to be located in pasadena, it can be in glendale, altadena, as long as it is close to Art center within 11 mins driving.
